If it does, we will also find out if there are any restrictions, exclusions and/or limitations in your policy regarding your acupuncture coverage. We are an out-of-network provider for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care insurance and other plans (not including Cigna). We are not a Medicare provider, but provide a special rate for seniors and Medicaid patients.
For those patients without acupuncture coverage, we want you to experience the benefits of healing through acupuncture so we keep our fees as low as possible.
